NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />were the areas that needed work, and came <br />up with the plan as Dave pointed out. <br />There were two areas of concentration: <br />the 1200 and 1300 blocks of West <br />WaslLington and this portion of Chapin <br />Street. Those were the areas that were <br />s' led out. Subsequent to the plan <br />be' developed, the Northern Indiana <br />Historical Society was given the Oliver <br />MarLsion. And they started doing their <br />pl for that. They approached us in <br />helping to assemble the land necessary <br />for completing that project. And that is <br />how the Commission got involved in that. <br />I said, the Commission would not <br />hav done that if the neighborhood <br />association had not agreed to that <br />MR. WILLIAMS: Oh, so part of my problem <br />is the neighborhood ... what did you say <br />the name of that.... <br />MRS KOLATA: It's the West <br />Washington-Chapin Revitalization Project, <br />which I believe ... when did they meet on <br />this?
