AUBURN: Are there any other comments? <br />MS. DIXON: I'm Lori Dixon of the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. I realize that <br />deaxilition is not the question at this <br />ti m, but I just want to make it clear <br />for the record that the Colfax Theater is <br />on the National Historic Register. Due <br />to a. program management agreement between <br />the City of South Bend and the State <br />Historic Preservation office, we will <br />want, to consult with the City prior to <br />d lition plans. <br />MRS. KOLATA: We will be checking into all <br />of the requirements of Historic <br />Preservation. We do. not expect to be <br />usirg federal funds for this acquisition <br />or demolition. We'll have to look into <br />the requirements if we are not using <br />federal funds.
