AUBURN: I think from a Commission <br />stardpoint, we agree with Ann on that. <br />It's our hope that there is some interest <br />in developing that piece of property. If <br />we can make it more attractive as a <br />dev cpment site, I think that will <br />hapr en. So, it's not our intent to make <br />that-entire site a parking facility. I <br />as Mr. Nimtz would say, <br />"occasionally there are tire kickers." <br />It to be a good time to move <br />MR. WOLF: Well, if there's one building I <br />get calls on all the time, it's Opelika. <br />I'd say a priority in terms of making <br />sawthing happen, whether it's <br />redeveloped or demolished.
