Cole Associates requested <br />an increase of $3,242.00 in the contract <br />amount due to additional testing required <br />on t he floor of the <br />Building. Our attorney had not had an <br />oppc rtunity to review the contract. The <br />i was tabled for legal review. The <br />attorney has reviewed the proposed <br />awx t to contract and ruled that the <br />additional $3,242.00 is a reimbursable <br />expense and should be paid.
