NEW BUSNNFSS (Cont.) <br />a. conninuea... <br />r Kolata asked that the following <br />be entered into the record: 1) An <br />on in <br />al of the Notice of Public Hearing <br />of a Airport Economic Development Area; <br />2) affidavit of Carol Smith, <br />Classif ied Manager of the South Bend <br />Trilune, that Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in that daily newspaper on <br />Decxmber 21, 1990; 3) An affidavit of <br />Chekie Jolly, Manager of the Tri- County <br />;'ub , that Notice of Public Hearing was <br />ished in that weekly newspaper on <br />21, 1990; 4) An affidavit of <br />Chi 1 Phipps that Notice of Public <br />H ing was delivered to the Area Plan <br />'ssion, to the Board of Public Works, <br />to a Board of Zoning Appeals, to the <br />Bui ding Department, and to the Park <br />DepLrtment on December 21, 1990, and that <br />a y of the Notice was posted on the <br />12th floor of the County -City Building on <br />Decxmber 21, 1990; 5) A copy of Area Plan <br />Ccam 'ssion Resolution No. 115 which deals <br />witl. the subject of the Public Hearing; <br />6) Acertified copy of Resolution No. <br />182 -90 of the South Bend Common Council <br />relz tive to the subject of the Public <br />H ing; 7) A copy of Resolution No. 965 <br />of the Redevelopment Ccamnission; and 8) <br />as of 10:00 a.m. January 2, 1991, there <br />were 0 written remonstrances. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if there was any <br />objection to these items being entered <br />into the record. There was no objection <br />and the items were entered into the <br />Mrs Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 965 amended the Development Plan for <br />the Airport Economic Development Area in <br />three ways: 1) It amends the boundaries <br />of the area to pick up two areas recently <br />aruie ed by the City of South Bend. 2) It <br />a ten parcels of property to the <br />-2- <br />
