One is to <br />execute the lease and the other one is to <br />the resolution and the plan to take <br />in same additional properties. The <br />app of the lease is an action <br />bet ieen the Redevelopment Commission and <br />the Redevelopment Authority. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />relates to the spending of bond money on <br />acclLdsition of property as well as <br />corLstxuction of roads and public <br />Mr. Pendl asked if the Ccmunissioners here <br />are the people who are going to OK this. <br />Mr. Pendl asked if now is the time to <br />speak to this issue? <br />Ms. Auburn stated that he might want to <br />do it now. You may want to make any <br />statxmient now before we take any action. <br />Mrs Pendl asked who is the instigator or <br />who is the one who thought up this plan. <br />When the plan is developed somebody makes <br />a suggestion and the rest of them say <br />thio is good or bad. How did it come <br />Mr. Pendl asked if the developers came to <br />you or did you go to them? <br />Ms. Kolata stated that we have not gone <br />to any developers. We have had some <br />co ersation with a number of developers <br />aboL t the area. Some of those <br />discussions have come about as a result <br />of proposing the master plan. Interest <br />in the area began a number of years ago <br />when the Airport Authority started <br />loaing at some of its land that it has <br />to the west and a little bit to the north <br />of a airport property itself.
