They have made a counter offer <br />of $4,500.00 and staff is recommending <br />the CarYmission accept that. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously <br />can-ied, the Comnission accepted the <br />co ter offer of $4,500 for Parcel 4 -49 <br />in the Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Ms. Kolata stated that we are using the <br />tax increment from the Rum Village <br />Industrial Park to reimburse the city for <br />expenditures it made in the amount of <br />$1,603,714.33 in connection with the <br />construction of Maple Rd., Calvert St. <br />and engineering work related to those two <br />activities. This reimbursement <br />resolution is in the amount of <br />$321,187.00. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />carxied, the Carrnnission approved <br />Resclution No. 963 authorizing <br />rehibursement to the City of South Bend <br />for expenditures made within the Rum <br />Village Industrial Park. <br />-12- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE CIOUNTER <br />OFFER OF •• FOR PARCEL <br />THE STUDEBA= CORRIDOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />CUg4ISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 963 AUTHORIZING REIlM]BURSEMENT <br />TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR <br />EXPENDITURES MADE WITHIN THE RUM <br />VILLAGE INDUSTRIAL PARK. <br />
