NEW BUSMS (Cont.) <br />1�6-r•) -1114 i ilk L= <br />e. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded <br />by Mr. Doncho and carried, with Mr. <br />Piasecki abstaining, the Commission <br />approved the Rental Rehab Loan of $26,000 <br />and awarded the contract to the Housing <br />Dev ( ion in the amount of <br />$69,810 for property located at 422 <br />Col ecfe St. <br />Ms. Kolata said we have three properties <br />in the Studebaker Corridor Area where we <br />would like to accept a counter-offer. <br />1) arcel 5 -6 at 1214 S. Franklin and the <br />c o ter-offer is $9,000. <br />21 5 -2 at 1206 S. Franklin and the <br />C <br />ter -offer is $10,000. <br />3) 1 4 -23 which is 315 -317 W. Stull <br />and the counter-offer is $30,000. The <br />sta f would recommend that the Commission <br />a pt all these counter-offers. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Carobs, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />counter-offers of Parcel 5 -6 for $9,000; <br />Parcel 5 -2 for $10,000; and Parcel 4 -23 <br />for $30,000 in the Studebaker Corridor <br />Devidlorment Area. <br />Ms.IKolata stated that there is a <br />-36- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE RENTAL <br />REHAB LOAN OF $26,000 AND AWARDED <br />THE CONTRACT TO THE HOUSING <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $69,810 FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 422 COLLEGE ST. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />COUNTER- OFFERS OF PARCEL 5 -6 FOR <br />$9,000; PARCEL 5 -2 FOR $10,000; <br />AND PARCEL 4 -23 for $30,000 IN <br />THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
