South St. Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho seconded by Dr. Combs and unanimously carried, the Ccxmission approved the Rental Rehab Loan of 4,16,000 and awarded the contract to Kenneth H. Miller in the amount of $36,730 for property located at 717 N. Blaine St. -35- COMMISSION APPROVED THE RENTAL REHAB IRAN OF $14,000 AND AWARDED THE CONTRACT TO SOUTH BEND HERITAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,972 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 416 E. SOUTH ST.
