NEW BUSUIESS (Cont.) <br />a. conttinuea... <br />Mr. Kenneth Fedder, practicing attorney <br />at 300 First Bank Bldg, in South Bend <br />stated that I'm hear on behalf of Ben <br />Zidkowski individually and Ziolkowski <br />Construction Co. since you are proposing <br />to take property that belongs to either <br />Ben individually or the Corporation I'm <br />go' to leave with you a series of <br />photographs that I've taken that could be <br />attached to my letter. I think what you <br />are attempting to do might have good <br />neri t insofar as the City and the <br />'ssion's goals are and I will tell <br />you the Ziolkowski Construction company <br />has undertaken the same project back in <br />the areas of 1978 to 1983. That was, we <br />tho ght a depressed area somewhat <br />blighted and we moved in there with <br />kn ledge of the City and developed the <br />You have now chosen to take one half of <br />my property.
