NEW BU' <br />f. ca <br />7. <br />8. <br />9P <br />elopment Commission <br />- August 10, 1990 <br />(Cont.) <br />Mrs Kolata noted that when we know who <br />is responsible for an accident that <br />damiges a tree, the City files a claim <br />wit the insurance company. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Ccimnission approved a contract with <br />Countxy Garden Nursery Farm for $18,020 <br />for the purchase and replacement of trees <br />in a South Bend Central Development <br />Mrs. Ko ata reported that the State Tax Board <br />approv the $950,000 bond issue for the <br />Airport 2010 project. We are moving forward <br />with that bond issue. <br />Mrs. Ko ata reported that the residential <br />p offers for the Studebaker Corridor <br />acquisition were sent August 3rd. We are <br />startinT to get responses from some of the <br />propert r owners. <br />Mrs. Ko ata reported that all of the downtown <br />iTrprovenent projects funded by the recent <br />bond ara nearing completion, with the <br />excepti n of the Rink Riverside walkway. The <br />projectr, look very nice, especially the <br />Howard Park Wall and the Morris Civic Plaza. <br />The n Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commiss on is scheduled for Friday, August <br />24, 199 at 10:00 a.m. <br />There bAng no further business to come <br />before the Redevelopment Commission, Mr. <br />Doncho made a motion that the meeting be <br />adjourned.
