Mr. Leverm n responded <br />tha the owner must either show evidence <br />tha he is qualified to do the work or <br />must subcontract with licensed <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />bylvIr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal and <br />loa,i in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />IDao Program for property located at 619 <br />N. bishincr. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that Cole <br />As iates has proposed to design an <br />intmial road system within the Airport <br />Economic Development Area at a cost of <br />$41,790. She noted that this project is <br />on a very fast track. We have asked that <br />the preliminary design work be completed <br />witlLin 10 days.
