She's a senior citizen. And <br />the house needs repairs on it. Before <br />we put any money in it, I'd like to know <br />h long it will be before the purchase <br />offer comes through. <br />Kolata: At the moment we have <br />hi ed someone to do what is called a <br />p liminary environmental assessment. <br />Th y have to look at the whole area. <br />Th se reports should be coming back <br />willum the next two weeks. Once we get <br />those reports, we will look at the <br />information. If there are no <br />ironmental problems on property, and <br />we are assuming the residential <br />p perties will not have environmental <br />p lems, then we will be coming back to <br />the Commission for authorizing purchase <br />of ers. That could be as soon as the <br />middle of July. It might be later than <br />t, depending on what the reports <br />sa . our intention is that if the <br />'Commission adopts this today, that we <br />wa Lld move forward with the residential <br />offers as soon as possible.
