They are <br />listed in his memo of April 25th to <br />Jon Hunt and Ann Kolata. The <br />in lete items are as follows: <br />1) Building D: Exterior is partially <br />finished; the exterior insulation <br />and finishing system and final <br />colors must be applied. <br />2) ilding E: The exterior <br />insulation and finishing system <br />and final colors must be applied. <br />3) 'verbank: Concrete from truck <br />lean -out during building <br />nstruction must be removed. <br />4) ennis Court: Must be surfaced, <br />fined and posts and nets be <br />5) *iimning Pool: Must be finished. <br />6) ping: Work begun on April <br />3, 1990 must be completed. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we are <br />confident that Can Am will complete <br />the project soon because it is in <br />their interest to do so. However, as <br />a gwLrantee, we recommend that the <br />C ssion hold the $30,000 retainer <br />unti the items on the list are <br />Como ete. <br />Mrs. Kolata indicated that we will <br />come back to the Commission for <br />authorization to release the $30,000 <br />when these items are complete. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />carriad, the commission approved the <br />Certificate of Completion for The <br />-2- <br />COMNTISSION APPROVED THE CER'T'IFICATE <br />OF COMPLETION FOR THE POINTE AT SAINT <br />JOSEPH WITH 'THE PROVISION THAT THE <br />$30,000 RETAINER WILL NOT BE RELEASED <br />
