Specialist <br />Mr. Don Porter, South Bend Tribune <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Can American <br />has requested that we issue a <br />Certificate of Completion for The <br />Po' to at Saint Joseph apartments <br />before the end of April. They need <br />the Certificate of Completion in <br />order for them to have their <br />permonent financing in place before <br />May 1st when the construction <br />financing bonds are due. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that there are some <br />construction items that are not <br />ccnTlete. Although we do not want to <br />set a precedent for issuing a <br />Certificate of Completion before a <br />project is complete, the staff feels <br />that the cirmunstances in this case <br />are extenuatincr. <br />-1- <br />
