The Official Statement sets <br />the bid opening for the Studebaker <br />Corridor bond issue for May 15, 1990, at <br />12: CO noon in the Office of the Mayor. <br />It includes all of the provisions of the <br />boric, resolution approved at the April 6th <br />meeting and provides the general <br />inf rmation bidders require. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Fir.
