The <br />only change is that Resolution No. 927 <br />a the word "second" to state that we <br />will levy taxes in the second year if we <br />do r of have enough funds in our account <br />by P ugust 1 to make the lease payment. <br />Baker & Daniels, our bond counsel, felt <br />that this was important to add because of <br />the timing of the sale of this bond.
