Version 6-8-2017 APPENDIX "C" SCHEDULE: No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written notice to proceed from the LPA. All dates shown are based on a Notice to Proceed received not later than March 1, 2020. Deliverable dates will be coordinated with the LPA Employee of Responsible Charge (ERC) and the INDOT District Project Manager for an anticipated project letting date of January 12, 2022. All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule: 1. Additional Information for the Categorical Exclusion 06/29/20 2. Preliminary Field Check Plan Submission 09/12/20 3. Stage 2 Plan Submission 11/26/20 4. Stage 3 Plan Submission 03/26/21 5. Final Tracings Submission 06/24/21 Railroad coordination is anticipated to take 16 months from the notice to proceed. Based on notice to proceed received not later than March 1, 2020 Railroad certification should be available by June 30, 2021. As the railroad is an outside agency this is an estimated date of completion. The CONSULTANT will not submit Final Tracings Submission until a time four (4) months prior to the scheduled letting. Construction Changes: a. Questions, clarification or corrections requested by LPA or INDOT construction personnel regarding the interpretation or the CONSULTANT's plans shall be addressed by the CONSULTANT within a reasonable period of time from the receipt of the request. b. Modifications to the plans during the construction phase due to unforeseen or unusual conditions shall be made within a reasonable period of time following receipt by the CONSULTANT of the LPA's notice to proceed. \[Remainder of Page Intentionally Left Blank\] C-1
