Superion Solution: Public Administration ASP Renewal <br />2. Term. <br />2.1. Initial Term. The Initial Term of this Agreement commences as of the Executin Date of this Agreement and will <br />continue in effect for a term of one (1) years unless terminated earlier pursuant to any of the Agreement's <br />express provisions (the "Initial Term"). <br />2.2. Renewal Term. Customer may elect to renew this Agreement for additional successive one (1) year terms by <br />issuing a notice of renewal, in writing, to Superion six (6) months prior to the expiration of the current contract <br />term, unless earlier terminated pursuant to any of the Agreement's provisions (a "Renewal Term" and, <br />collectively, with the Initial Term, the "Term"). <br />2.3. Non -Renewal. Superion may elect to end renewal of this Agreement by issuing a notice of non -renewal, in <br />writing, to Customer six (6) months prior to the expiration of the current contract term. Customer may elect to <br />end renewal of the contract by issuing a notice of non -renewal, in writing, to Superion six (6) months prior to the <br />expiration of the current contract term. <br />3.
