The renewal period is for May 1, <br />2020 through April 30, 2021. This agreement with our legacy ERP system is needed as we <br />continue to transition to our new DFO system (May 2020) and Enquesta Utility Billing System <br />(October 2020). We can discontinue use of specific Superion modules as they become obsolete <br />once the new systems and solutions are in production and the historical data is no longer <br />needed. <br />The total cost of this Annual Superion renewal is $210,113.15 (invoiced $17,509.43/Month). <br />Thank you for your review and consideration, <br /> <br />Chief Technology Officer <br />City of South Bend <br /> <br />
