In <br /> discussion with Paul Phair of Holliday Properties it was brought to staff's attention that the land will <br /> soon be sold to Harrington Orthodontics, and that Harrington Orthodontics will be the taxpayer. <br /> This would be an exception to policy as office buildings are not approved for tax abatement in that <br /> location.
