Pocius that a Notice of <br />Public Hearing was delivered to the <br />Arai Plan Commission, the Board of <br />Public Works, the Board of Zoning <br />ApEx�als, South Bend Building <br />Depim-tment, and the Park Department, <br />and that he posted a notice on the <br />12t1i floor of the County -City <br />Building; 5) An original copy of the <br />Area Plan Cc mission's Resolution No. <br />109 which deals with the subject of <br />the hearing; 6) A certified copy of <br />Resolution No. 1748 -89 of the Common <br />it of the City of South Bend, <br />relative to the subject of the public <br />hearing; 7) A copy of Resolution No. <br />889 of the Redevelopment Conniission. <br />We will note that as of 3:30 p.m., <br />Octcber 17, 1989, 0 written <br />renvrotrances were received. <br />Mr. Nimtz: Is there any objection to <br />the enumerated items being received <br />into the record? <br />Mr. Nimtz: The chair hears none. <br />The will be so entered.
