Mrs. <br />Kola <br />responded that the hotel had not <br />been <br />downsized. The footprint was turned <br />90 dxjrees <br />and most of the surface <br />parking <br />was eliminated. They would, <br />then <br />require parking spaces in the <br />Jefferson <br />Garage. <br />7. PROGRESS <br />REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolirta <br />noted that the permanent <br />Christmws <br />tree has been planted in the Morris <br />Civic Plaza <br />park. Its placement was designed <br />to fit jai <br />with the new plans for the park. <br />8.
