Mr. Leverman has informed <br />Ms Fowler of this and declared that no <br />Redtal Rehab funds will be released to <br />the contractor until all of the work is <br />capleted satisfactorily. If it is <br />necessary to hire another contractor to <br />ca,plete the work, Ms. Fowler will be <br />entirely responsible for the cost of that <br />Ms Auburn asked Mr. Leverman how he felt <br />about the loan. Mr. Leverman responded <br />thiat he felt the contractor would perform <br />under the arrangement because he would <br />not receive any payment until the entire <br />jot) was completed satisfactorily. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by COM USSION APPROVED THE RENTAL <br />Mr. Doncho and unanimously carried, the REHAB LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />Corunission approved the Rental Rehab Loan $8,500 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />in the amount of $8,500 for property 602 E. HANEY STREET <br />located at 602 E. Haney Street. <br />Mrs. K lata reported that the first day time PROGRESS REPORTS <br />baseball game was played at Coveleski Stadium <br />on June 8. Center City Associates <br />co-spopsored the game and it was a nice <br />event. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Center City Associates <br />had an awards breakfast to honor people who <br />have made contributions to the downtown. Mr. <br />Nimtz received the Cio m mity Service Award. <br />Mrs. K lata noted that members of the staff <br />toured the Transwestern Building and the <br />Wheelzibrator facility along with John Phair <br />and nmezbers of Fair Tax. Fair Tax has been <br />ski! <br />
