My name is Ben BEN TYLER <br />Tyler. I am President of the Board of <br />Directors of WWCRP and I know my group <br />has indicated a lot of the positive <br />things that are going to go on in our <br />neighborhood, so I won't stand up here <br />too long, but felt like I should indicate <br />that a lot of hard work has gone into the <br />Plan, and we have included all facets, <br />black, white, others that live in the <br />neighborhood, awn property in the <br />neigbborhood, even the detractors were <br />'invited and had their input. <br />Unfortunately for them, we hope that you <br />will approve our Plan as it is because we <br />do lieve that the large share of the <br />neloiborhood supports us.
