NEW "INE SS (Cont.) <br />7. <br />E.-IN <br />a <br />• - =! <br />Mrs. Kolata asked Ms. Pfotenhauer to see <br />if the Board of Works could petition for <br />the vacation for us. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ks. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the staff to <br />take steps necessary to vacate the <br />portion of Washington Street between <br />Nil Avenue and the St. Joseph River. <br />Mrs. K ata noted that the construction of <br />Can Am partment project is under way. <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for March 10, 1989, <br />at 10:00 a.m. <br />There bBing no further business to come <br />before the Commission, Mr. Piasecki made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned.
