They asked that <br />the staff request revised proposals <br />based on revised boundaries for each <br />ccmipany. St. Joseph Title Company <br />sUinitted a proposal for the property <br />t of the centerline of Lafayette <br />Street and Abstract and Title <br />Corporation submitted a proposal for <br />the work west of that line. Each <br />ccipany proposes to do the work for <br />$100 per search. St. Joseph Title <br />also proposed to do the search on the <br />ra lroad right of way for a flat fee <br />of $1,000.
