South Bend edevelopment Commission <br />Regular Sch duled Meeting - May 27, 1988 <br />Mrs. Ko ata noted that the Local Property Tax <br />Control Board approved the refinancing of the <br />Coveles i Regional Stadium lease on May 20. <br />Approval from the State Board of Tax <br />Commissioners was received this week. <br />Mrs. Ko ata announced that at the meeting of <br />the Redevelopment Authority earlier this <br />morning First Interstate Bank was selected as <br />the Bond Trustee, Bond Registrar, and Paying <br />Agent for both the garage and stadium <br />financii4q. <br />8. NEXT COIJ!4ISSION MEETING <br />a <br />Mrs. Ko ata noted that the Local Property Tax <br />Control Board meeting at which the St. <br />Joseph/Wayne Parking Facility financing will <br />be considered has been changed from June 16 to <br />June 10 That is the day of the next Regular <br />Meeting of the Commission. Therefore, she <br />request d that the next meeting be rescheduled <br />for Jund 17. <br />Mr. Nim z asked if there was any objection to <br />the rescheduling of the next meeting to June <br />17. TM re was no objection. The next meeting <br />of the Redevelopment Commission will be June <br />17, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the CormIssion Mr. Combs made a motion that <br />the meeting be adjourned.
