OLD BUS NESS <br />There was no old business. <br />C. ►M <br />Mrs. Ko ata asked permission to add <br />Resolut on No. 843 to the agenda as item 6.f. <br />Permiss on was granted. <br />Public Hearing concerning the acquisition <br />by ease /purchase of a parking facility. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Resolution No. 839 <br />was adopted at the April 15th meeting. <br />That resolution approved a proposed lease <br />between the Redevelopment Authority and <br />the Redevelopment Commission concerning <br />the St. Joseph/Wayne St. parking <br />facility. That resolution also set a <br />public hearing for April 29th on the <br />proposed lease and authorized the staff <br />to publish Notice of the Public Hearing. <br />Mrs Kolata entered into the record the <br />items of Public Hearing: <br />1.
