NEW <br />a. <br />0 <br />C. <br />nd Redevelopment <br />Commission <br />Meeting <br />- February 12, 1988 <br />BUSINESS <br />(Cont.) <br />Continued... <br />Mrs. <br />Kolata explained that these three <br />clients <br />are loan recipients who have been <br />delinquent <br />in their payments. The loans <br />have <br />been modified to reflect smaller <br />paym <br />nts and a longer loan period which <br />should <br />enable the recipients to remain <br />current. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />ombs and unanimously carried, the <br />CommIssion <br />approved the Agreements for <br />Extension <br />of Time in connection with the <br />Affordable <br />Loan Program for the clients <br />list <br />d above. <br />Commission <br />a royal re guested for Release <br />of R <br />habilitation Grant Mort age Liens <br />for <br />the following clients in accordance <br />with <br />the recommendation from the Bureau <br />of Housing. <br />Tuberville 520 E. Howard <br />Lucille <br />Elizabeth <br />Graham 317 N. Walnut <br />Elisabeth <br />Forstinger 1724 S. Kendall <br />Dominic <br />& Frances Macri 2108 S. William <br />Shirley <br />Layton 313 E. South St: <br />Mrs. <br />Baumgartner explained that these <br />loans <br />belong to a former forgivable loan <br />program. <br />The term of the loan was five <br />years, <br />after which time the lien would be <br />released <br />if the owner continued to occupy <br />the <br />aome, maintained the repairs that had <br />been <br />made, and maintained insurance on <br />the <br />house. She indicated that the <br />properties <br />had been inspected and were <br />found <br />to conform to the agreement. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission <br />approved the Release of <br />Rehabilitation <br />Grant Mortgage Liens for <br />the <br />applicants named above. <br />Commission <br />ratification for Petition to <br />Board <br />of Zoning is regarding size of <br />parking <br />spaces in garage to be located at <br />121 <br />E.
