South Bend edevelopment Commission <br />Annual Orgapizational Meeting - January 4, 1988 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS (Cont.) <br />VICE- <br />Mr. Nirntz nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to serve <br />as Vic President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Combs. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Ms. <br />Auburn as elected Vice - President of the <br />Cornmiss ' on for 1988. <br />Mr. Nintz nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Combs. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Piasec was elected Secretary of the <br />Commission for 1988. <br />JLAMJ WGiWWZJ <br />Mr. Nimtz nominated Mr. Sandy Combs to serve <br />as Assistant Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Combs was elected Assistant <br />Secretary of the Commission for 1988. <br />After e election of officers, Mr. Nimtz <br />resumed the Chair. <br />4. APPOI= OF STAFF <br />Upon amotion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. ombs and unanimously carried, the <br />following staff members were reappointed for <br />1988 and their salaries were set as listed on <br />Resolution No. 828: Jon Hunt, Executive <br />Director, Ann Kolata, Deputy Executive <br />Director, Rick Pitts, Gretchen Matthews, Hedy <br />Robinson, K.C. Pocius, Ruth Tate, Cheryl <br />Phipps, Victoria Stemn, and David Roos. <br />5.
