Continued... <br />e. <br />f. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the lease will still <br />inc ude the provision for cancellation by <br />the Commission with six month's notice <br />for development purposes. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE'AMENDMENr <br />by 14r. Combs and unanimously carried, the TO LEASE WITH CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES <br />ComrLission approved the Amendment to FOR PARCEL C9 -1 <br />Lease with Center City Associates, Inc. <br />for Parcel C9 -1. <br />[am <br />Fission approval requested for <br />firmation of Agreement in connection <br />the Affordable Loan Program in <br />irdance with the recommendation from <br />Bureau of Housing. <br />Name Obligation <br />Arnulfo and Martha Amador $8,000.00 <br />817 South Illinois Street <br />Ms. Baumgartner noted that the Amadors <br />are filing bankruptcy.
