One Michiana Square <br />Ass ciates has completed construction in <br />compliance with that Contract and the <br />Comnission is asked to approve a <br />Certificate of Completion which will <br />allow them clear title to the property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Comnission approved the Certificate of <br />Co letion for One Michiana Square <br />Associates. <br />c.
