C ssion action requested on proposal <br />for Parcel C4 -30. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Washington /St. <br />Joseph Associates, after being the <br />unsuccessful bidder for the two parcels, <br />C4 -30 and C4 -3, came back with an offer <br />and proposal for a portion of the <br />rema'ning parcel, C4 -30. <br />Mr. <br />and <br />$83 <br />ark, representing Washington /St. <br />Associates, explained the offer <br />oposed project. The offer is for <br />3 to purchase 21,780 s.f. of the <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION APPOINTED MR.
