Sorin <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal in <br />connection with the Homestead /South Bend <br />Hone Improvement Loan Program listed <br />abdve. <br />b. , Conmission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 805 approving an <br />M lication for real property tax <br />de ction for River Glen South <br />Associates. <br />Ms. Robinson read the staff report on <br />the tax abatement. The property is <br />prcperly zoned for the proposed use.
