Continued... <br />!el <br />c <br />Ms. Kolata also noted that no written <br />rem nstrances were received as of 10:00 <br />a.m. April 10, 1987. <br />Mr. Nimtz received the documents into the <br />rec rd, noting that no remonstrances were <br />rec ived and that there was no one <br />pre ent to remonstrate. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the amendment <br />to the plan is to include a parcel of <br />land at the corner of South Street and <br />Lin olnway East on the South Bend Central <br />Development Area acquisition list. The <br />intent is to acquire the property for the <br />purpose of landscaping and doing some <br />curD and sidewalk work to improve the <br />appearance of that entrance to Monroe <br />Par . South Bend Heritage will maintain <br />the lot after the improvements are <br />com lete. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there were any <br />com ents or questions from the public. <br />There were none.
