An original of the Notice of Public <br />Hearing of the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />2. An Affidavit of Carol Smith, <br />Classified Manager of The South Bend <br />Tribune, that Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in that daily <br />newspaper on March 27, 1987. <br />3. An Affidavit of Steve Kollar, owner <br />of the Tri- County News, that Notice <br />of Public Hearing was published in <br />that weekly newspaper on March 27, <br />1987. <br />4. An Affidavit of Hedy Robinson that a <br />Notice of Public Hearing was <br />delivered to Ms. Sharon Roth of the <br />Area Plan Commission, Mr. Melvin <br />Humphrey of the Board of Public <br />Works, Ms. Linda Watson of the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals and South Bend <br />Building Department, and Ms. Marie <br />Urbin of the Park Department on <br />April 7, 1987 and that a copy of the <br />Notice was posted on the 12th Floor <br />of the County -City building on April <br />7, 1987. <br />5. An original copy of the Area Plan <br />Commission's Resolution No. 91, <br />which deals with the subject of the <br />Public Hearing. <br />6. A certified copy of Resolution No. <br />1487 -87 of the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend relative to the <br />subject of the Public Hearing. <br />7.
