Commission approval requested for a <br />contract with the Architecture and <br />Planning Research Laboratory, The <br />University of Michigan for a feasibility <br />study in the Studebaker Corridor <br />t Area. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that this is another <br />step in redevelopment of the Studebaker <br />Corridor. The Architecture and Planning <br />Research Laboratory of the University of <br />Michigan specializes in researching older <br />larg industrial complexes. They have <br />anal zed 'major plant complexes across the <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A CLEAN - <br />UP GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />AFFORDABLE LOAN PROGRAM AS <br />LISTED ABOVE <br />
