Kolata described the three proposals <br />jived for making improvements in <br />aaration for leasing the State Theatre <br />refront. Kaser- Spraker's proposal for <br />rovements totalling $8,914.00 was <br />:)mmended for acceptance as it was the low <br />U n a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE LOW BID <br />Pi secki and unanimously carried, the OF KASER- SPRAKER AND AWARDED THEM <br />Coirmission accepted the low bid of THE CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />Ka er- Spraker and awarded the contract to them THE STATE THEATRE STOREFRONT <br />for improvements to the State Theatre <br />st refront. <br />Mr. Hunt notified the Commission that at the <br />Common Council meeting, Monday, November 10, <br />at 7:0 p.m., the staff will be making a <br />presen ation to the Council on the Monroe Park <br />Cost nefit Analysis. Don Inks and Bruce <br />Colliet have done a fine job preparing this <br />report <br />There will be a Homestead Program drawing <br />November 20. The Bureau of Housing would like <br />a ComnLssioner to do the drawing. Mr. Donoho <br />will check his schedule to see if he is <br />available. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />01P <br />The ne rescheduled regular meeting of the <br />Commis ion will be November 21, 1986 at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the Coirmission, Ms. Auburn made a motion that <br />the ting be adjourned.
