Colhtinued.. <br />Lifestyle Center proposed for Parcel E2 -15. <br />The necessary action of the Commission is to <br />reject the bids and return the deposits to the <br />t developers who bid on the project, Mr. <br />Ba teast and Mr. Brademas. <br />a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION REJECTED BIDS FOR <br />ecki and unanimously carried, the PARCEL E2 -15 AND AUTHORIZED THE <br />fission rejected the bids for Parcel E2 -15 RETURN OF THE DEPOSITS TO EACH <br />authorized the return of the deposits to BIDDER <br />. bidder. <br />C. Comission authorization requested to amend <br />th Mathews- <br />services related to the <br />Area. <br />Ila, Inc. <br />Bend Central <br />Ms Kolata explained that the amendment to the <br />contract. involves an increase in the hourly <br />ra es. This is the contract for design of the <br />parking garage adjacent to Teachers Credit <br />Union. The rates are being revised but the <br />"not to exceed" amount stays the same. The <br />ndment also includes approximately $3,000 <br />of additional services for designing the <br />parking lot. This was not in the original <br />contract and is necessary now that the garage <br />wi 1 not be built until 1989. <br />UpDn a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDED <br />Pi secki and unanimously carried, the CONTRACT WITH MATHEWS-PURUCKER- <br />Co ission approved the amended contract with ANELLA, INC. <br />Ma ews- Purucker- Anella, Inc. <br />d. Co�ffnission authorization requested to amend <br />and Sheet Metal <br />in connection with State Theater. <br />Hunt explained that the roofers, as they <br />into the work, found some deterioration of <br />bricks on the parapet wall which was not <br />arent at the time of the bid.
