Mr. Hunt explained that there has been considerable discussion between Mr. Panzica and the Redevelopment staff concerning the protection and buffering of the residential area. When the Panzicas essed interest in the property, the aisers reexamined their appraisal and rmined that the value had not increased; efore, it was not necessary to offer it bid again.
