Commission <br />No. <br />785 approving the fair re -use value of <br />land <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. <br />Kolata identified the location of Parcel <br />C8 -7 <br />and C8 -9 which was formally the Baer's <br />building <br />and the vacant lot south to that <br />parc <br />1. Both parcels are being offered as on, <br />parc <br />1 of approximately 30,000 square feet. <br />The <br />oroposed re -use is commercial with 15,000 <br />square <br />feet of first floor retail. The re -usi <br />eval <br />ation of $174,750. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 785 <br />appr <br />ving the fair re -use value of land in the <br />Sou <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />b.
