Continued... <br />Mr. Hunt explained that this is for the <br />engineering work to be done on the State <br />Theater in terms of reroofing and <br />miscellaneous structural work. Proposals were <br />reqiested from the pre - qualified list of <br />engineers which included LeRoy Troyer, <br />Law on- Fisher, Valley Engineering, Ken Herceg <br />& Associates and Lum Engineering. The only <br />proposal received was from Ken Herceg & <br />Associates in the amount not to exceed $6,150. <br />The proposal includes putting together all the <br />specifications, plans, handling the bidding <br />pr ess through the Board of Public Works and <br />supervising the repair of the roof. Ken <br />Herceg will also handle the process through <br />the State Historic Preservation office which <br />re Tres prior approval of any work performed <br />on the State Theater. <br />Upoil a motion from Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted a proposal from Ken Herceg & <br />Associates, Inc., for engineering services in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />g. Washington was sold which will allow the <br />balance of the Bureau of Housing loan to be <br />paid off in full. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ks. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />CormLission approved a Release of Mortgage for <br />714 W.
