Mr. Hunt asked that the request for approval of various documents related to Parcels E3 -3, E3-4, E3 -3A, E3 -4A and E9 -11 be continued until the next regular meeting of the Wi out any objection heard, the Commission con inued this item until the next regular mee inq of the Commission. g. Comnission approval requested for a Certificate of Completion for Curtis Products, Inc., located within the South Bend Central Area. Mr. Hunt reported that the staff has reviewed the Curtis Products project and has recommended that the Certificate of Completion be Oranted. Upo a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the Comnission approved a Certificate of Co letion for Curtis Products, Inc. h. Public hearin ,a Mropriation Bend Redevelo Revenue Bonds ment Dis of 1986. of the City of t Tax Increment Mr. Nimtz noted that the hour of 10:00 had arrived, and therefore proceeded with the pub is hearing concerning the proposed appropriation of proceeds of the City of South Bend Redevelopment District Tax Increment Rev nue Bonds of 1986. Mrs Kolata submitted the following information to be entered into the record. An affidavit of posting of the notice to tax payers regarding determination to issue bonds tha notice was posted in the lobbies of the Co ty -City building, the Post Office and the Pub is Library on May 23, 1986.
