Such work shall be continued after conveyance by the Commission to the Park Board, as long as the property is owned by the Park Board, inasmuch as such work will be a condition of the conveyance. This request is based on the need to have the handling of the bid process and the construction work supervised by the Department of Public Works on behalf of the Redevelopment Commission.
