PROGRESS REPORT (Cont.) <br />a. uon- ainuea... <br />Mr. Luecke noted that a market survey was <br />prepared two years ago with approximately <br />700-1,000 questionnaires distributed asking <br />about new construction in Monroe Park. The <br />questionnaire was circulated to businesses in <br />Block Six, one hospital and the downtown. Of <br />the 250 questionnaires returned, 50% responded <br />fav rably to their interest in living in a new <br />hom with three bedrooms, basement, attached <br />garage in a varied price range in Monroe Park. <br />The Chair on behalf of the Commission thanked <br />and congratulated South Bend Heritage for all <br />their work and foresight in Monroe Park in the <br />past five years. <br />Mr, Luecke thanked the Commissioners for their <br />support. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The iext Regular Meeting of the Commission <br />will be held on Friday, May 9, 1986 at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />Mr. 14imtz noted for the record that the <br />Exec tive Session will reconvene immediately <br />follcwing the Regular Meeting. <br />Ther being no further business to come before <br />the Commission, Mr. Piasecki made a motion <br />that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Combs <br />seconded the motion and it was unanimously <br />carried.
