NEW �--M !nd Redevelopuieht Commission Meeting - February 14, 1986 BUS NESS approval requested for Resolution Conriission No. 764 ratifying and confirming Resolution No. 762, designating the Studebaker Corridor Development Area, declaring the Studebaker Corridor Development Area to be blighted, approving a development plan and conditions under which relocation payments will be made and establishing an allocation area for purposes of tax incremental financing . , Mr. Hunt noted that this is the public heari: which is the last step to declare the Studebaker Corridor as a redevelopment area and tax increment finance allocation area. Mrs Kolata presented the following items to be tered into the record: 1. An original of the Notice of Public Hear: the Studebaker Corridor Development Area 2. An Affidavit of Carol Smith, Classified Manager of The South Bend Tribune, that 1 of Public Hearing was published in the d newspaper on January 31, 1986. 3. An Affidavit of Steve Kollar, owner of ti. Tri- County News, that Notice of Public H was published in that weekly newspaper o: January 31, 1986. 4. An Affidavit of Denise Sullivan that a Irk of Public Hearing was delivered to Ms. S] Roth of the Area Plan Commission, Ms. Sa: Parmerlee of the Board of Public Works, 1 Blanche M. Ray of the Board of Zoning App and South Bend Building Department, and 1 Marie Macri of the Park Department on Ja; 31, 1986 and that a copy of the Notice w posted on the 12th Floor of the County -C: building on January 31, 1986. 5.
