Hunt <br />Executive Director <br />Department of Redevelopment <br />1200 County -City Building <br />Sou h Bend, IN 46601 <br />Deat Jon: <br />In response to your January 27, 1986 <br />letter the Board of Public Works hereby agrees <br />to advertise for, accept, and award bids for <br />construction of the skywalk between Century <br />Center and the Marriott Hotel. <br />The Department of Public Works will <br />supervise the bid process and construction <br />work for the Redevelopment Commission. <br />If we can be of further assistance please <br />con act me at your convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />John E. Leszczynski <br />Director, Public Works <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the project will become a <br />straight Public Works project. Richard Hill <br />and Eugenia Schwartz will be working on some <br />legal documents necessary for the skywalk. <br />Ann Kolata will be the staff contact person <br />for the project. <br />5.
