ELECTION OF OFFICERS (Cont.) <br />VICE - <br />Mr. Nirnt.z nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to serve <br />as Vice President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimous, Ms. Auburn was elected <br />Vice -Pr sident of the Commission for 1986. <br />Ms. Auburn nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Nimtz. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Piasec was elected Secretary of the <br />Commiss on for 1986. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Nimftz nominated Mr. Michael Donoho to <br />serve as Assistant Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimous, Mr. Donoho was elected Assistant <br />Secretary of the Commission for 1986. <br />After the election of officers, Mr. Nimtz <br />resumed the Chair. <br />4. APPOI OF LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. !uburn and unanimously carried, the <br />followi g legal counsel and staff members were <br />reappointed for 1985: Eugenia Schwartz, Legal <br />Counsel Jon Hunt, Ann Kolata, Don Inks, Janet <br />Holston Rick Pitts, Jim Bixler, Kestutis <br />Pocius, Gretchen Matthews, Hedy Robinson, <br />Loren R oney, Dennis Jones, Denise Sullivan, <br />Cheryl hipps, Ruth Tate and Betty Anastos. <br />The <br />recognized Mayor Roger 0.
