The deadline for the IRB <br />financing for the project is January 1, 1986. <br />After January lst legislation will change for <br />I 's making a project of this type very <br />di ficult to take place. <br />It is the staff's recommendation to wait to <br />see how the project progresses before <br />scheduling another special meeting of the <br />-o 'ssion to consider this proposal. Mr. <br />Hunt noted that the IRB financing the project <br />Baas going to be sold on December 23rd. <br />Mr. Hunt further noted that the bonds for the <br />Rai tree Project within the East Bank were <br />closed on December 23rd, which allows the <br />money to be available for that project. <br />3.
